Cancellation & Returns

1. Order Cancellation

As soon as the order gets placed, we start processing it. Hence, no cancellations of the order shall be made to claim a refund of the paid amount. Please note:

- In the case of courier, Products cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched
- Orders for Personalised Products once placed cannot be canceled

2. Refund Process

Refund shall be processed under the following conditions:

- The order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
- If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

Important notes about refund processing:

- Refund requests are processed within 5-7 working days
- The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method/bank account
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

3. Refund Limitations

- A refund can only be requested in case of service failure. Our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final.
- The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
- Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for a refund.
- Any extra amount credited to Date Panchang's account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.

4. Policy Authority

- In all matters concerning Refund, Date Panchang shall have the deciding hand.
- Date Panchang may amend its Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
